Montana judge backtracking on 30-day sentence for rape

Will a 30-day sentence for rape stand?

There is last-minute legal wrangling in a case out of Montana that has made headlines around the world. We've been following this story from day one - a high school teacher gets only 30 days in prison for raping his 14-year-old student, who later killed herself.

Now the judge is backtracking on his outrageous sentence but is it too little, too late?
