Army Specialist shares story of sexual assault

An Army specialist is coming forward with her story for the first time after she was sexually assaulted by a superior officer.

It's a growing problem in the military, and one that some members of Congress have been trying to address.

My wife is a victim's advocate and she said legislation has changed. If Command disagreees with investigators on a case a General must review the case. Its unfortunate that these checks and balances were not in place earlier.
