At least three killed in Colorado flash flooding

At least three people are dead after a devastating storm swept through Boulder dropping more than a half-foot of rain and causing flash floods.

Emergency crews are working around the clock and the death toll could continue to rise.

Entire neighborhoods have been cut off, buildings destroyed, and roads completely washed away. The city of Boulder has declared a state of emergency and the National Guard has been called in to help.
