Montana judge orders release of newlywed accused of murder

A Montana judge decided to keep Jordan Linn Graham in jail as she awaits trial for the murder of her husband, Cody Johnson.

Authorities say Graham pushed Johnson off a cliff at Glacier National Park eight days after they were married. According to prosecutors, Graham changed her story several times and claims the two got into a fight and he fell. She also admitted to prosecutors that she pushed him from behind and he fell face first.
