Miss America responds to racist remarks: "I have to rise above that."

Just moments after Nina Davuluri, the first Indian-American Miss America was crowned, she was attacked on social media. But now she's fighting back.

    When I read stuff like this, I think: "Since the day I was born, America's the only home I've ever known. My cultural heritage is Colts games, BBQ's, microbrews, and LOTS of corn. Where the heck do they WANT me to go? Whatever you decide, just please don't send me to Europe... Hah, 'football.'"
