Lakey Peterson pushing boundaries for women surfers

Male-infested waters.

For years and years, the world of surf was seen as a man's world. But that's all changing as women continue to prove themselves as equals.

We're not talking about Gidget or those girls in Blue Crush.

We're talking about 18-year-old Lakey Peterson from California who is doing things that women have never done before on a surfboard in competition until now.

Erin Burnett has the story.

Official: Woman found among Kenya mall attackers

OutFront Update: Interpol issued a red notice for Samantha Lewthwaite, the so-called “White Widow,” at the request of the Kenyan authorities, the international police agency said Thursday.

According to a senior Kenyan government official, a woman appears to have been involved in the attack on the upscale mall in Nairobi.

Kenyan security forces finally took control of the shopping center Tuesday and are just beginning to learn more about the attackers.

At least 67 people were killed in the rampage but Kenya's president today said his nation "bloodied but unbowed."

Was Obama snubbed by Iranian president Hassan Rouhani?

The White House says it offered to have an "encounter" with new Iranian President Hassan Rouhani at the United Nations.

Iran's response?

According to a senior U.S. official,"it was too complicated for them" back home.

Still, both leaders did find the time to send a message to the other.

"We are determined to prevent them from developing a nuclear weapon," Pres. Obama said during his address the U.N. assembly.

"Iran poses absolutely no threat to the world or the region," Rouhani said.

They were in the same place at the same time. So why couldn't they meet, face to face?
