Congressional stalemate over Government shutdown: Who will blink first?

The congressional stalemate that caused the government shutdown is showing no signs of stopping.
And with no way out of the gridlock - lawmakers are focused on assigning blame for the first government shutdown in 17 years.

So, who has the most to lose?

Outfront: Executive editor at the Daily Beast John Avlon, former advisor to Bill Clinton, Paul Begala and former spokesman for House Speaker John Boehner, Terry Holt.

Let's be clear. This is less about obamacare than the republican lunatic fringe holding hostage the federal government and Boehner's inability to manage his lunatic fringe. How many times does Congress have to vote on the same issue. It should be like the NCAA's – one and done.

"You wanna know why the health care industry's the most profitable industry in the United States? Because insurance companies take 24 cents out of every dollar that's spent. You know what it takes for government to do the same thing for Medicare? 3 cents out of every dollar. Now, what is all this crap they hand you about business being more efficient than government?"
