Undercover cop on scene when driver of SUV was attacked

New developments in a case of high-speed road rage.

Officials tell CNN an undercover New York City police officer was on the scene when a pack of bikers chased down and beat up a SUV driver on Sunday.

Police are still investigating the violent confrontation caught on tape, and are also questioning another biker on the scene.
