NYPD questioning officers in SUV driver attack

A new arrest in that confrontation between a group of bikers and an SUV.

Police tell CNN one of the men who chased down the SUV and assaulted the driver last weekend has now been charged with gang assault, among other charges.

NYPD arrest motorcyclist, say he kicked SUV driver

This development comes as we're learning new information about just how many undercover officers took part in that motorcycle ride.
