Missouri's Lieutenant Governor is now calling for a grand jury to investigate the alleged rape of 14-year-old by a popular high school football player.
The charges against the football player were dropped after a couple of months even though the town sheriff says there was a sexual assault.

Second dry ice explosion at Los Angeles airport
Los Angeles International Airport, the sixth busiest airport in the world is on edge tonight after a second dry ice bomb exploded in just two days.
Officials have found four of these bombs at the airport - all in restricted areas.
No injuries were reported but detectives are investigating how the devices got so close to the airplanes.

And now, sources in both parties tell CNN's Dana Bash that the ball is back in the Senate's court - just 2 days before this country could possibly default on the nation's debt for the first time ever.
A spokesman for Majority Leader Senator Harry Reid tells CNN: "Senator Reid and Senator McConnell have re-engaged in negotiations and are optimistic that an agreement is within reach."
