Dick Durbin: GOP insulted Obama; White House says it didn't happen

Senator Dick Durbin (D-Il) says that a top House Republican leader told President Obama.

"I cannot even stand to look at you" during recent negotiations over the government shutdown.

The White House says it didn't happen, but Durbin tells CNN he's standing by his comments.

White House announces new Obamacare briefings

Some Democrats want to delay penalties and extend the signup period for Obamacare. On the list – Senators Joe Manchin, Jeanne Shaheen, Mark Prior and Mark Begitch.

And according to a key contractor, a last-minute decision to require people to create an account before browsing insurance plans caused the fiasco.

Blackfish: Orca in captivity blamed for three deaths

Does captivity amount to torture?

The documentary, "Blackfish" makes its television premier.

The film argues that keeping Orcas in captivity is wrong - it makes them aggressive and deadly.

The film tells the story of Tilicum, an Orca that killed a handler in Florida. But that wasn't the first incident with this Killer Whale.

Sex offender who fled Canada accused of sexually assaulting teen in Seattle

Residents of Seattle are demanding answers after a repeat sex offender from Canada was able to enter the U.S. despite a warrant for his arrest - and then, according to authorities, sexually-assaulted a 16-year-old boy.

The 48-year old, who is an American citizen, had his first court appearance today.
