Court documents show grand jury sought to indict JonBenet's parents in 1999

Newly-released court documents in the JonBenet Ramsey case show a grand jury, back in 1999, found enough evidence to indict John and Patsy Ramsey.

The grand jury sought charges of child abuse resulting in the death of their 6-year-old daughter and accessory to a crime including first degree murder.

The district attorney at the time chose not to prosecute citing a lack of evidence.
