New York Police Commissioner Ray Kelly was supposed to speak at Brown University yesterday but instead he was heckled.
After almost 30 minutes of screaming, school officials canceled the speech. The students were protesting the NYPD's stop-and-frisk tactics in which critics say police officers racially profile people.
Brown's president says the conduct is "indefensible," but the hecklers, argue it's free speech.
