Medical Expert: Utah Doctor Martin MacNeill's wife died of drowning

Drugs and Drowning.

That's how a forensic expert says Martin MacNeill's wife died. The Utah doctor on trial for murder claims heart problems lead to his wife's death but today's witnesses appeared to put that theory into question.

    This guy on the witness stand is the guilty one, from the tapes that's not at all what happened. The doctor is the killer. Disgusting.
