Whistleblower: Homeland Security employees abusing overtime allowances

Department of Homeland Security employees call it the "candy bowl" of overtime.

Lawmakers are calling for an investigation into unearned overtime at the Department of Homeland security. A new report estimates it's costing taxpayers nearly $9 million a year.

Whistleblowers say it's common for employees to watch TV during their so-called paid overtime. For the first time, one man is speaking on camera.
