Obamacare rollout could define Obama's presidency, legacy

Can President Obama fix the flat?

With millions of Americans forced to lose their existing health coverage, and the President's admission that Obamacare isn't working the way he had hoped, there is no question he and his administration have been dealt a huge setback.

His proposal? Any American who was dropped by their health provider can keep their plan for another year, but will this temporary "fix" lead to bigger problems for health care and the president's future agenda? John King is CNN's chief national correspondent and he is Outfront tonight with more.
