Rep. Ellison: President Obama didn't have to apologize

President Obama has admitted his administration "fumbled" the Obamacare rollout and promised fixes for people who still can't get on the website or have had their current insurance policies canceled – but will these efforts be enough to turn the law's introduction around?

Outfront tonight is Democratic Congressman Keith Ellison, the co-chair of the Congressional Progressive Caucus and Chief Deputy Whip.
