Young people could make or break Obamacare

To prevent premiums from surging, the Obama administration needs about 40% of those who enroll in Obamacare to be young and healthy. That number is integral to the success or failure of the law, because the administration doesn't reach it, the model won't be economically viable.

CNN's Tom Foreman is OutFront tonight to break down exactly how these insurance plans are set up so that they can remain affordable.
