New bill would ease Gitmo transfer rules

The Senate is preparing to vote on a bill that would loosen the restrictions on transferring prisoners from the Guantanamo Bay detention camp.

Obama faces crucial Guantanamo votes

It would let prisoners be transferred to the U.S. or other countries for detention, trial or medical care.
