Obamacare's enrollment numbers do not include many young adults

President Barack Obama's signature piece of legislation, Obamacare is still on life support.

New polling shows approval for the president's health care law has tumbled 12 points over the past month alone.

It's success could depend on America's young adults. The very same demographic that helped put President Obama in the White House.

Report: Deed's son had mental health evaluation day before killing himself

New developments in the stabbing of Virginia state senator Cree Deeds, and the suicide of his son Gus.

Sources close to the investigation tell CNN Deeds was stabbed more than ten times outside his home, stumbling down the driveway bleeding while his son went inside and shot himself with a rifle.

We are also learning the sheriff was called to the house on Monday and brought Gus Deeds to the hospital for a mental evaluation. He was released after officials failed to find him a bed, but CNN has learned there were beds available.

Poll: Obama approval rating drops to new lows

Washington (CNN) – It's becoming a daily story: another national poll, another all-time low for President Barack Obama when it comes to his approval rating.

Wednesday morning it's CBS News. The President's approval rating stands at 37% in their new survey, plunging nine percentage points since last month–a new low for Obama in CBS News polling. The President's disapproval rating shot up from 49% in October to 57% now, a new high.

The President's approval rating has now reached new lows or tied his all-time lows in polls released over the past three weeks from CBS News, ABC News/Washington Post, Quinnipiac University, National Journal Heartland Monitor, and NBC News/Wall Street Journal.

A CNN Poll of Polls, compiled and released Wednesday morning, which averages the three latest non-partisan, live operator national surveys of the President's approval rating (CBS News, Gallup Daily Tracking, and ABC News/Washington Post), puts Obama's approval at 40% and his disapproval at 55%.

Zimmerman's girlfriend claims he's suicidal

George Zimmerman is back in the spotlight - this time, he's accused of pointing a shotgun at his live-in girlfriend, Samantha Scheibe.

George Zimmerman posts $9,000 bail in domestic violence case

Zimmerman was arrested on Monday, and released on bail Tuesday afternoon. He's facing a felony charge of aggravated assault, as well as misdemeanor counts of domestic violence battery and criminal mischief.

The girlfriend he's accused of assaulting has reportedly been talking for weeks with Eric Sandoval of CNN affiliate WKMG. He's OutFront.
