The FCC is considering letting passengers use their cell phones on planes. That means you can make calls and send texts when your plane is above 10,000 feet in the air.

I'd like to keep things as they are, no cell phones on flights. People seem to forget that there are people arounnd them and quite honestly would prefer not to hear their conversation(s). I would only vote for being able to text provided people turn off their notification sounds. Some of these sounds can be quite annoying.
No they should not allow phone calls, maybe text but no calls.
