Texas police officer accused of raping woman during traffic stop

Authorities say San Antonio police officer Jackie Len Neal handcuffed, groped and raped a woman that he pulled over for a traffic violation.

Cop denies sexually assaulting woman after traffic stop

Neal tells CNN the allegations are false.
