Massive ice storm paralyzes Dallas, much of Midwest

One of the biggest cities in America is essentially shut down tonight because of a massive winter storm that's affecting many southern states.

Major highways across the Dallas-Fort Worth area have been closed until further notice, and with temperatures dipping into the 20s, the Dallas Marathon has official been canceled for the first time in its 26-year history.
