Outrage in India growing after diplomat arrested, strip-searched in NYC

A show of remorse from America's top diplomat to India.

Secretary of State John Kerry expressed regret for the strip search of an Indian diplomat after she was arrested in New York City on visa fraud charges.

The incident has caused an international uproar, with the Indian government retaliating against the U.S. by removing security barriers outside of the American Embassy in New Delhi.

Congress on track for the least productive year in recent history

Congress is getting closer to actually passing a budget.

The Murray-Ryan budget plan passed a key Senate vote Tuesday. And yet this congressional session is still on track to be one of the least productive in history.
