Was it a heartfelt apology or just another tweet?

MSNBC host Melissa Harris-Perry apologized to Mitt Romney's family for poking fun at the Romney family photo of the former presidential candidate holding his adopted African-American grandson.

Does her apology go far enough?

PETA to protest SeaWorld at Rose Parade

The backlash against SeaWorld continues on the heels of the documentary film "Blackfish." PETA is now planning a protest during Wednesday's Rose Parade in Pasadena.

The design for SeaWorld's float in the parade will feature a family of killer whales swimming freely in the ocean, a far cry from the way "Blackfish" portrays the park's treatment of killer whales in captivity.

Marijuana legal in Colorado, but not in all areas of the state

The countdown to legal pot is on in Colorado. But not everyone in the state will be looking to light up.

Some towns in Colorado are fighting back and outlawing recreational marijuana sales within their boundaries.

So who is rejecting the budding pot business?
