Detroit police chief: More guns to good people can deter crime

Detroit's police chief James Craig says he thinks more people with concealed weapons would deter violence, even though his city has one of the highest violent crime rates per capita in the country.

    Detroit is a wasteland. I drove through one of my old neighborhoods a couple months ago and it was gone. Nothing but open fields and garbage.
