The highest ranking woman in the GOP, Congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers, posted a photo of herself on Instagram, preparing to deliver the Republican response to President Obama's State of the Union address on Tuesday.

But the timing is interesting.
Huckabee invokes 'libido' in birth control debate
It comes just one day after Democrats slammed the GOP for waging a war against women, because Former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee said:
"If the Democrats want to insult the women of America by making them believe that they are helpless without 'Uncle Sugar' coming in and providing them a prescription each month for birth control, because they cannot control their libido or their reproductive system without the help of the government, then so be it."
