Malaysian opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim: Government knows Flight 370's fate

Is the Malaysian government concealing information about the disappearance of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370?

In interview with CNN's Erin Burnett, Malaysian opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim says the government installed a sophisticated radar system while he was finance minister and should know more about the missing plane.

Malaysian officials say Ibrahim, who was recently sentenced to five years in prison on charges of sodomy, is using the plane's disappearance for political gain.

Ibrahim also has ties to the pilot of Flight 370 and defends him in this interview.

i think what is Mr Anuar Ibrahim tells is truth this is not a political war but anyhow our prime minister should not release a press conference that mh370 is end at indian ocean and simply said the word ( takziah ) in malaysian language it means condolence to mh370 family members . I think this is motif of hijacking. because until today no death bodies was found and another fact is multiracial people in the flight mh370 . why not our prime minister mr. najib release a message to our malaysian people to took the task as own problem to find out the missing mh370 flight . i think even my self can try to trace out this problem and trace out what is going on and finally..............i would to said plz to open this problem to our people of Malaysia and so that we can contact or anything to try find out any clues regarding mh370 to our friends or family in oversea may be it can be some solutions and i was respectfully to other country who was stiil in mission to find out what was really happen to mh370

From day one the media has been asking the wrong questions, as I have been saying, you need to ask "how the plane could have been made to disappear" if you want the answer, but you "experts" would rather keep filling "dead air".

You can look up what I posted on CNN blog last night

He has quite a strong family relation with the airplane's pilot. And the pilot is a fanatic towards Anwar's cause. He was reportedly angry on the day the sodomy proceeding, which was the day he piloted the plane. Anyone can see this connection, it was Anwar who told the pilot to hijack the plane!

Hmm, he's not to be believed. In the first week of the missing flight which coincided with his court proceeding, he was quoted to say that "the plane's disappearance is a gimmick from the ruling government to undermine my prosecution". In his subsequent public lectures he basically shat all over the pilot, passengers, the aviation company and the country itself like it's the worst in the world.

And now he turns around 180 degrees and acts like he cares a lot about the plane, as if he's an aviation expert? And he said he was a finance minister, not a defense minister. How'd he know about radars and stuff? To date, he has never uttered a single well wish or prayer towards the families or the people who are involved with this tragedy. Since day one, he always tries to link his sodomy case with any popular issue under the sun.
