Kevin Johnson: Everyone expects Sterling to fight

In a swift and historic move, the National Basketball Association banned Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling from having any association with the league - for life.

What Sterling's ban means for Clipper finances

This comes after audio recordings of Sterling going on a racist rant to his now ex-mistress were made public.

In addition to the ban, NBA Commissioner Adam Silver told reporters that he would ask the board of governors to force Sterling to sell the team he has owned for 33 years.

Extended racist rant released

But Sterling remains defiant. He told a veteran broadcaster that his team is not for sale.

Sacramento Mayor and former NBA star Kevin Johnson weighs in OutFront.
