Shooter killed in dramatic gun battle outside Georgia courthouse

A "major catastrophe" was averted outside Atlanta earlier today after a heavily armed gunman drove his SUV loaded with ammunition and explosives up to the front steps of a local courthouse and tried to storm the building.

He then threw a smoke bomb out the window and opened fire seconds later, hitting a deputy in the leg. As you can hear in the clip above, that shot was met with a barrage of bullets from other officers who were closing in. The suspect was killed.

We're told the gunman's plan was to wreak havoc inside the building, and David Mattingly is OutFront in Cumming, Georgia with more.

It is evident that the CJS is flawed nationwide and it needs to be addressed.

Chances are he was a victim of this nefarious Crominal Justice System but he went too far. Review the CJS. IT IS FLAWED! !!! SEE the amount of wrongful convictions being uncovered in Brooklyn,NY. There are millions more throughout NYC.
