U.S. prepares strike option against militants in Iraq

CNN has learned that military planners have already assembled a draft list of possible ISIS targets in Iraq.

U.S. officials say the list is constantly being revised and no final determinations have been made.

Obama to Congress: I don't need new permission on Iraq

In Iraq, militants celebrated after attacking the country's biggest oil refinery, located in Baiji. Both ISIS and the Iraqi government are saying they are in control of this crucial location.

At the White House, President Obama met with senior congressional leaders to discuss the growing violence on the ground and what the U.S. might do about it.

Short of boots on the ground, the administration says all options are on the table.

CNN's Joe Johns has the latest.

Al-maliki stepping down would be pointless.:

Al-Maliki won election with huge support

In addition, 60 parliaments(Some of them are Shia as well) are accused of corruption and participation in terrorism. The Vice President was sentenced to death but he fled Iraq before sentencing. Once they finish their term, they would probably face jail time.=
