Rep. Engel: Downing of MH17 was "an act of terror"

Rebels gave Malaysian officials the data recorders from downed Flight 17 Monday, days after the passenger jet crashed in eastern Ukraine.

This comes as the United States is building a stronger case against Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The U.S. government is trying to determine whether Russian officials were at the scene when a missile downed that passenger jet, killing all 298 people on board.

The pressing questions tonight: who pulled the trigger? And were the Russians directly involved?

OutFront, the top Democrat on the House Foreign Affairs Committee, Congressman Eliot Engel.

OutFront has many opinions on MH17, but few facts. There is even an allegation that the video discussing hitting a civilian airliner, was made a day before the downing of MH17. The BUC system was in place by both combatants.
