Comedians are mourning one of their own as they remember Robin Williams. In an interview with CNN's Erin Burnett, actor Andy Dick and legendary talk show host Dick Cavett share their memories of the man who made so many people laugh.
Dick recalled the first time he met the iconic comedian.
.@andydick to Robin Williams when he came to see his standup: Why did you come to see my show? Williams: 'I had to.' #OutFront @CNN

Cavett was one of the first people to showcase Williams' talents back in 1979 on his late-night PBS show and he shared what Williams told him after a successful performance.
Robin Williams told me: 'Isn't it ironic that I can bring all that happiness to those people but not so often to myself.' – @TheDickCavett.

I recall Dick and Robin trading Shakespearean-like barbs back and forth on one of Robin's earearlier appearences with Dick. Robin had a look of respectful surprise as Dick held his own with Robin.
