Officials: Ferguson protests have been hijacked by "criminals"

It has been 10 days since a white police officer's shooting of an unarmed black teenager triggered emotional, expansive protests that have increasingly devolved into chaos and violence. Officials say "criminals" are hijacking the peaceful protests. Many demonstrators lay the blame on outsiders. But according to St. Louis County Police there's plenty of blame to go around.

My question after seeing daily coverage of Michael Brown shooting. I question video being shown with Police Crime scene tape and many officers in area. How can this be "seconds later"? This appears to be all video from much later.

The police chief could have put an end to this if he had come forward in the beginning without placing blame on no one and saying that it is always unfortunate when a young person loses their life, and that he understands people in the community are angry, but I ask that you please allow us to do a full investigation into this matter. He should have released the officer's name involved in the shooting from the start and said that he was being place on leave and that the matter was being turned over to the prosecutor's office for review. Not in no way or form should they had demonized or blamed Michael Brown for his own death, because without a thorough investigation there was and is no way to know rather he was a victim or a perpetrator. Maybe Darren Wilson had a bad day. Who knows. But I see no evidence that that police chief or his department is experience in cultural or diversity awareness and sensitivity. They could take a lesson from the NOPD who found out the hard way that demonizing a victim of a crime is not a way to get out of doing a thorough investigation or their jobs a law enforcement.

Yeah, there is no possibility that there are agent provocateurs like in many protests... Yet one more case of MSM repeats "offficial" statements as fact without any regard to the actual truth.

The blame lies on the media and the black community as a whole.
They're the most racist of all, as Latinos, Asians, Whites will all attest to. No doubt.
And the media? Here's an example: THIS STORY. Read it. "White....shot unarmed Black..."

Color is only mentioned if the dead is a black person.

Was color ever mentioned when covering killings of: Eve Carson, Lauren Burk, Maggie Daniels, Anne Pressly, Channon Christian, etc.? Or when the 4 white or Latino police officers were assassinated in the Seattle coffeehouse a few years ago? NO. NEVER. WHY not?
I have hundreds of other examples of it. And what about this "knockout" game? Pure racist hatred. But no, let's ignore that racism since the black folks ancestors may have been slaves 150 years ago.

The fact that the people in Ferguson,MO are picketing is a direct reflection they do not have Michael Brown's memory at heart. Also, their close minded actions do not even take in to account the police officer who was involved in Brown's shooting. He must be devastated. Would the response be the same if we had a black officer shooting a white teen?
