What difference does it make it the officers' eye socket was broken or not? If his face was swollen he still could have been in a fight for his life considering Mr. Brown was 6'4" and 300 lbs. At that point what ever force he needed to use is acceptable. Why not give the officer some backing instead of trying to convict him on the television.
