Is this where American journalist James Foley was killed?

Investigators are using clues from the video of the brutal execution of American journalist James Foley to find his killer. Investigative blogger, Elliot Higgins believes he's located the exact spot where the video was shot, outside of Raqqa in Syria.

    why didn't you show a google earth shot from the "guessed spot" at the same angle as the video was taken to see how it matched up? From what was shown, I have very little confidence that the one you show is the right spot because one can probably find hundreds or more like that.
