NFL commissioner Roger Goodell is speaking out for the first time since surveillance video emerged of Baltimore Ravens Running back Ray Rice knocking-out his then-fiancee out in a casino elevator.
Goodell has come under intense criticism after the league claimed it never saw the video until after it was posted online by TMZ.
But Goodell says the league was aware the tape may have existed.
Rachel Nichols is OutFront with more, including an exclusive statement from the man at the center of this violent attack, Ray Rice.
