Rep. McKeon on defeating ISIS: We have to be willing to do whatever it takes to win

President Barack Obama told congressional leaders Tuesday he has the authority to carry out his planned strategy against ISIS without authorization from Congress.

Obama met with two top Republicans, House Speaker John Boehner and Senate leader Mitch McConnell, along with the top Democrats, Senate Majority leader Harry Reid and House leader Nancy Pelosi at the White House.

The White House called the meeting a "productive discussion".

A year later, Obama again addresses nation on Syria

In an interview with CNN's Erin Burnett, Republican Congressman Buck McKeon, who is the Chairman of House Armed Services Committee - details what he wants to hear from the president tomorrow.
