The prime suspect in the disappearance of University of Virginia student Hannah Graham has been indicted for sexual assault.
A grand jury indicted Jesse Matthew in a 2005 rape. The indictment also includes charges of attempted murder and abduction. The case against Matthew is growing; he's been forensically linked to the case of Morgan Harrington, the Virginia Tech student who vanished in Charlottesville, Virginia in 2009.
The indictment comes as a police search team found a skull and bones scattered just 8 miles from where Hannah Graham was last seen.
