NYPD officer in Eric Garner case tells investigators: I never used chokehold

The officer at the center of the Eric Garner chokehold case that has ignited mass protests across this nation is telling his side of the story to investigators.

CNN learned that officer Daniel Pantaleo has spoken to the New York Police Department's internal affairs detectives. The officer insisting that as he was taking down Eric Garner he was not using the controversial chokehold technique that is prohibited by the police department.
