Protesters rallying at New York City's city hall have released a list of demands in the aftermath of a grand jury decision not to indict the police officer in the chokehold death of Eric Garner. Those demands include that the state of New York "appoint a special prosecutor to investigate and prosecute all criminal cases involving the use of force, including deadly force, by police officers."
This comes as the prosecutor's office confirms to OutFront that prosecutors will present to a grand jury the case against a white police officer who fatally shot a 12-year-old Cleveland boy while he was holding a toy gun.
CNN's Erin Burnett reports.
