Embattled San Diego Mayor Bob Filner and his representatives were in a closed-door mediation with representatives from the city on Monday.
Filner hasn't been seen in public for over three weeks, but it hasn't stopped the allegations of sexual harassment from piling up against the embattled mayor.

Filner says he won't resign, but the city attorney is now telling CNN that he may be able to force the mayor out of office, and it’s in connection to a report from CNN’s Kyung Lah earlier this week.
Continuing with her OutFront investigation on the San Diego mayor, Lah reports on the key pieces of information the city is now looking at.
San Diego Mayor Bob Filner, who is accused of sexual harassment by more than a dozen women is now being refused service from all of the city's four Hooters restaurants.
