OutFront Investigation: Where money for Gulf Coast restoration is really being spent

Oil giant BP is giving states millions of dollars on projects to spend on projects to restore the ecosystem along the Gulf Coast.

The money is part of a $1 billion fund set up after the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill.

Some, though, are questioning how the money is being spent. David Mattingly takes a closer look in an OutFront Investigation.
