Source: Justin Bieber had pot in plane, harassed crew

Was Justin Bieber flying high? Seriously, was he really smoking pot on his flight to New Jersey?

A law enforcement source tells CNN Justin Bieber and his father allegedly refused a pilot's warning to stop smoking pot during a flight from Canada to New Jersey on Friday.

The pilot also claims, according to the source, Bieber and his entourage were verbally abusive to the flight attendant.

Justin Bieber is now facing charges on both sides of the border.

The embattled pop star turned himself in to police in Toronto to face a charge that he allegedly attacked a limo driver.

The news coming as we learn that Bieber just pleaded not guilty to last week's charges of driving drunk, resisting arrest and driving without a valid license in Miami.

Justin Bieber in Panama with Usher: Intervention or Vacation?

Is it Justin Bieber's intervention or just some down time in Panama?

The embattled teen pop-star left Miami over the weekend and has since been seen strolling the beaches with members from his entourage.

Bieber's mentor R&B Singer Usher has also been spotted in Panama. But it's not clear if Usher's there for a serious heart-to-heart with the teen.

Lindsay Lohan's father, Michael Lohan tells CNN that it's up to the pop star as to whether he needs treatment.

"I think he should take time to sit back and look at where is life is now, where it was and where it can go." Lohan added, "But he's caught up in everyday life of living like a star."

Justin Bieber speaks out after arrest: "What more can they say"

Justin Bieber was not legally drunk when he was pulled over for drag racing in Miami Beach early Thursday morning.

According to a source close to the investigation, the teen pop star blew a .014 during a breathalyzer test and point .02 is the legal limit in Florida when you are under 21.

Still, Bieber did fail a field sobriety test, and police say he was charged with driving under the influence because he admitted to drinking, using marijuana and taking prescription pills.

Bieber has been tight-lipped since his release from jail other than posting a picture of himself next to Michael Jackson on Instagram.

The caption– "what more can they say?"
