Cities take advantage of their unusual names

There are cities and towns across the globe with strange, different or unusual names.

There are places like:
Hell, Michigan
Innaloo, Western Australia
Saint-Louis-du-Ha! Ha!, Quebec (yes, the exclamation points are part of the name)

A couple of towns, Dull and Bland Shire, decided to take advantage of their unique names.
