Toronto Mayor Rob Ford tried to buy infamous crack video

New incriminating allegations about embattled Toronto Mayor Rob ford.

Police documents released Wednesday reveal Ford tried to buy the infamous video that allegedly shows him smoking crack cocaine.

Ford offered 5 thousand dollars cash and a car to a gang member in exchange for the embarrassing video but it was rejected.

This all happened months before police verified the video existed - a video that Ford claims he knew nothing about.

Toronto Councilor: Rob Ford is a "damaged individual"

Stripping Toronto's mayor of power.

Today, Toronto's City Council made an attempt to reel in its embattled leader by voting overwhelmingly to suspended Rob Ford's powers.

He refuses to resign despite admitting he has smoked crack, and in another show of defiance, Ford says he'll fight the council's decision.

Outfront tonight is Toronto Councilor Adam Vaughan, who was part of the majority vote today.

Toronto Mayor scandal hits vulgar low

Toronto's embattled mayor continues to come undone.

There are new allegations tonight against Rob Ford, including guzzling vodka while driving a car, inviting a woman who looked like an escort to his office, and making lewd comments to a female staffer. And there are others!

Ford says it's all lies. He got so angry, he responded to a lewd accusation with a vulgar response of his own. Outfront tonight is CNN anchor Bill Weir, who has been all over this story.
