Pres. Obama focuses on Libya in UN speech: "We will be relentless in tracking down the killers"

CNN's Erin Burnett discusses President Barack Obama's Middle East focus during his speech to the United Nations Tuesday. Obama vowed to bring to justice Libyan consulate attackers that killed 4 Americans, including U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens.

Romney calls for conditions on foreign aid: "No country gets a blank check," says Romney adviser

Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney laid out a new plan at the Clinton Global Initiative today on how the United States provides foreign aid. He calls the plan  the "Prosperity Pact," which would attach more strings to the $50 billion the U.S. gives to other countries every year.

Does it add up?

Pres. Obama touts foreign policy wins: Do they add up?

Towards the end of President Barack Obama's speech at the United Nations he touted his foreign policy accomplishments. But, does it add up?
